Mersing located some 140 kilometers north of Johor Bahru, drive approximately 2 hours and 190 kilometers south of Kuantan, Mersing is a bustling fishing town on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

On the outskirts of the city, some of the most beautiful beaches in the country like Sri Pantai, Ayer Papan and Penyabong.

The city is also the main starting point for the islands in the South China Sea, in particular Tioman Island (Pulau Tioman), which was immortalized in the legendary Hollywood movie Bali Hai. Other destinations include Sibu Island (Pulau Sibu) and Rawa Island (Pulau Rawa). All these idyllic islands have a comfortable accommodation, facilities and amenities.
