Pejabat Menteri Besar Johor has responsible answer to carry out certain functions namely :-
1. Planning development projects through Pelan Pembangungan Negeri.
2. Planning programmes and development activities in areas that are less developed.
3. Control and examine development projects proclaimed by YAB Johore Menteri Besar.
4. Raise development project information information were implemented and analyse from his achievement aspect for planning use.

Objectives of Johor Chief Minister Office: ~
1. To achieve excellence in state administration.
2. Planning, implement and coordinate all service to society by practice concept Berwawasan Government, Adil and Efisyen.
3. Determine effectiveness in planning and implement development programmes comprehensively.
4. Determine, progressive and independent society materialization can created a result of development programme planning and implementation efficiently and effective.
5. Determine that each development programme accepted by target group especially in less developed area whether in urban town or rural areas.
